The developer for the data center has extended the date for approval from the previous May 15th to July 31st!
1. If the township does not issue a difinitive approval or denial by July 31st, the developer can apply for relief from the PA Court of Common Pleas and get approval by default. This is an unlikely scenario as SWT will either approve or deny before that date.
2. Without the submission of an ammended set of plans, the data center will be added to the agenda of the June 11th SWT Planning Commission meeting.
3. After the Planning Commission meeting, the data center plans will be referred to the Township Board of Commissioner's meeting either on June 17th or the following meeting on July 1st. It is at this meeting the data center plans will be formally approved or denied.
* It is possible the developer will issue another extension and these dates will move. Keep a watch on the agenda for the Planning Commission meetings!
