Following the townships scathing 161 page report on the latest set of Atlas plans, the developer had opted to pull the plans from the Planning Commission agenda on the June 11th meeting.
The township engineering report cited gross inconsistencies in the developers plans resulting in comments like this one from the economic impact statement:
"...For a hyperscale data center where electricity alone typically consumes 40 to 50 percent of gross revenue, a 100 percent NOI margin is a mathematical impossibility."

Errors of this magnitude should never make it past a first internal review, much less get submitted to the township for consideration.
NOTE: Pulling the plans from the planning commission agenda doesn't mean we have won. It just means they are going back to the drawing board to fix issues and will be back in 30-90 days to take another run at it.
